Characteristic:
Activated clay has good absorption and discoloration, cation exchange,acid catalysis and swelling property. Because of its rich bubble structure and cation exchange property, it is effective in decoloring the bitumen,alkali-nitrogen,colloid,short alkene and other material with color in petroleum products. In such circumstances, CS-1020, CS-1040 are often used. According to different nature of oil, the recommended dosage is between 5-20%. It can achieve better decoloring performance if heat the temperature before adding activated clay. It usually takes 0.5-1 hour to finish the whole decoloring process.
CS-1050 and CS-1060 are mainly used as decolourizer for industry oil, edible animal oil,vegetable oil. It can achieve better decoloring performance if heat the temperature before adding activated clay. According to different nature of oil, the recommended dosage is between 1-10%
