The wetting property and fine anti piping are improved by modifying the organic silicone component and reducing interfacial force of coating. The surface slipping, anti fish tail and adhesion performance increased too. Furthermore, the sensitivity of air particle and mist reduce. The avoidance Benard whirlpool can help to control loosing color of coating.
The SPE series solvent is some kind of anti-settlement agent composed of polyvinyl wax or modified polyvinyl wax, which are widely used in solvent system coating and printing ink. The network structure is formed in paint to maintain stable viscosity, fine anti-settlement performance and anti forming solid deposit. It is applicable to zinc and aluminum powder, pearl essence, mat power, fluorescent pigment, electric conduction pigment, and etc. The products represent fine effect for many kinds or resin but no influence to color, yellow discoloration, water resisting property and drying speed.
