This product is a kind of modified nano smectite formed by intercalation of polymerized copper ions into the layers of smectite. It is made through selecting high-quality smectite raw mineral, purification, nano peeling, metal ion intercalation modification and other process. It is a kind of high efficiency smectite mycotoxin binder and inorganic metal anti-bacterial agent.

Feed Additive: Its main content is nano smectite modified by metal ion intercalation, which is used as the mycotoxin adsorbent in animal feed. It can improve the growing of piglets, has certain anti-diarrhea effect and can reduce inflammation.

The broad-spectrum anti-bacterial property of copper ion can be used in animal feed to promote the growth of animals, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in animals' intestines and partially replace the antibiotics. BK-CU is a kind of copper ion anti-bacterial material with growth promoting function and anti-bacterial property.It can be sold as raw material for additives. Its chemical structure is stable, can resist to high temperature and is easy to be processed.

Function: 

It can be used to promote the growth of animals, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestines of animals and partially replace antibiotics. To eliminate the harm of mycotoxin to animals and improve their immunity.

Usage :

Range of application: Mainly for pig feed, especially piglet and sow feed.The recommended level is 1-2kg per ton of feed. 

It can be mixed with the feed. And the high temperature during the feed manufacturing processing does not affect its effect.

Package and Storage:

The material of outer package for BK-CU is kraft paper bag, while the double layer  of polyethylene film or paper is used for inner package. The weight is usually 25 ±0.25kg or in accordance with the requirements of users. It should be stored in a dry condition. The product quality will be valid for 24months at the temperature range 0℃～30℃.
