Brief Introduction:

The material of the product is natural nano smectite which is firstly selected. Through water purification, nano stripping, reaming surface and calcination; the material finally turn into this product. It is a refined efficient smectite adsorbent for mycotoxin. This product has a obvious adsorption for aflatoxin, zearalenone and voitoxin. It’s a universal type of high-efficiency adsorbrent for mycotoxin.

Feed Additive: The principal constituent of this product is smectite which belongs to natural mineral feed category. It can be added directly into feed additive,with the function of moisture absorption and anti agglomeration, as a result, the forming rate of the pellet feed can be greatly improved. This product can also be used as high-efficiency adsorbent for mycotoxin and has a significant absorption for aflatoxin, zearalenone and voitoxin in the feed. It can greatly alleviate the harm from aflatoxin to the growth and reproduction of the animals, relieve the harm from Fungal toxin in the feed, especially the aflatoxin, to animal bodies, enhance animal immunity.  

Feed Additive Carrier: The smectite in this product is excellent carrier and diluent, with the characteristics of high adsorption capacity, high cation exchange capacity, high surface layer charge density, stable chemical structure and chemical property etc. It’s an excellent carrier and diluent for feed additive. This product can be mixed with fungicides(propionic acid, sodium diacetate etc), which can greatly improve anti-mold effects. BK-FCC can also be mixed with yeast cell wall, chitosan etc, which can improve anti-mildew effect. It can be used as suspending agent and nutrient carrier by mixing with zymin.

Usage Methods :

Used as feed additive.

1. The recommended level is 0.5-1kg/ton during prevention period.

2. The recommended level is 2-3kg/ton for the moderate-polluted feed.

3. The recommended level is 3kg/ton for the heavy-polluted feed. You can add proper amount of nutrition agent in the feed formula.

Used as feed additive carrier.

 You can adjust the dosage by your needs.

Package and storage:

The material of outer package for BK-FCC is kraft paper bag, while the inner double layer package of polyethylene film bag or paper bag is used for inner package. The weight is usually 25 + 0.25kg in accordance with the requirements of users. It should be stored in a dry condition. The product quality will be valid for 24months with the temperature range 0℃～30℃.
